Finally, it was ok without it but now we can have a way to at least aim it. I hope it has more information in the lcd display, it needs some kind of indication that it is recording and what mode it's in too.

Very cool, long time coming for sure. I hope it puts the modes (still, video,etc.) on the screen as well.
Not sure how many of you have these, but I have a trick from a set when we shot a commercial for some pro racing gear.
The GoPro has an auto white balance, we got shoots of ND4, ND4, and POL. They were about 1.5ft x 1 ft wide ($15.00 each for a whole sheet, you can also get FREE samples from some of the makers that will be plenty as well). . Cut a small circle out (abuot the size of a dime) and place it in the plastic case for the camera, between the lens and the bubble area where it rest. Place the camera in it and you are good to go.
Really helps on the outdoor shots.
