Missing music score file

Hi everyone,

I am new to this community and just bought my first projects yesterday. One of them was the Cinematic Trailer Action by Art_projectCinematic Trailer Action. However, for some reason the music is not included in the zip, instead it points to a link here on pond5 for a separate download.

Yet, there I only get that the file is deleted :( I bought the project becuase I liked it as it was, if I change the music all of the timings will be off and I am in a bit of a hurry to get done!

I have emailed art_project, but now answer. Any tips?

In the "My Downloads" option of MyPond there should be a list of what you have downloaded and you should be able to try again.

P5 are based on the US East Coast so they may not be around yet!

Yes, I see all three that I've bought there. But the link to the actual music file is only mentioned in the notes and in the readme. It isn't in the zip nor is it listed separately in my 'My Downloads'.

But thanks for your quick response! I keep my hopes up that either P5 or art_projects sees this soon...

You should have read the description first. The link is dead: 'This item has been deleted'.
Although you haven't checked the link before you bought the AE file, I find this a bit misleading. This whole project is useless without the music file so I would suggest to contact pond5 and ask for a refund.

Wheijnen, I agree with you I was too fast and should have read the text and tried the link first... well, let's see what Pond 5 say when they wake up?
