Error - File format not allowed

Hey. I'm new here. Can't upload vector illustration. Convert all strokes to shapes, no fonts. Preserved at eps10. Created a jpg file (2000x2000). I put both files in a zip archive. When I download this archive, I get the error "Error - File format not allowed". What could be the problem? Perhaps the fact is that my documents have not yet been checked, but it seems that the profile says that you can still upload works. Thanks.
