editing and tagging software for videos

Hi folks, can anyone recommend anything better than iMovie of a Mac for editing vids? Are there apps that can also add titles, descriptions and keywords/tags? (Much like Photoshop can for stills). cheers, tony

short answer: Davinci resolve. it's Free and its the best. Color correction is super!
Long answer: Davinci resolve (free), Adobe premiere (pay), avid (pay), vegas (pay)
