Why? I believe you will find that 30 seconds is more than enough for stock. Most companies accept 60 and a few their limit is 30 seconds. Most sellers who have a clip that really needs more time cuts it in half. P5 in the past has suggested this as the best alternative. If you watch most advertisements producers normally use between 1 and 3 seconds of a clip anyway.
The P5 requirements are stated:
Duration and File Size
Clips should be in the range of 3 to 60 seconds, and no larger than 1 GB (1000 MB). For HD files, a size of 200-500mb is normal. Clips should have no edits, if you do have a file with several clips edited together, please separate them out and sell each file individually.

Like Jason said, read the rules and see. Why is he testing the system for problems and mistakes. It says 3-60 seconds so why test the system to see if it will accept your 2:57 clip. Yes it slipped by so that does not make it right or the answer. Looks like that one needs to be deleted since it doesn't fit the site rules. ;)
