What sells the best: Pal or Ntsc?

Hello everybody!

I'm new here and I'm happy to join your community.

Before uploading my stuff and start shooting again, I was wondering: what sells the best here on Pond5, PAL or NTSC ? What about 24fps, 25fps or 30fps ? And even 50fps or 60fps for slow-motion ?

I found interesting stuff (http://www.microstockgroup.com/general-stock-video/what-sells-better-ntsc-or-pal/) but it's quite contradictory and I would rather have your opinion ;)

Thank you!

When you get approved footage you will have access to additional artist resources that answers your questions.
Basically 1080/720 HD comprises 72% of sales. On standard def NTSC is 1.85% and PAL is 0.26%. So stick with the HD.

On FPS there are numerous threads talking about this. I think you will find that 29.97 / 30 fps will do better.
Good luck.

25% of my sales are NTSC or PAL, which contradicts the overall sales stats. The overall sales states state that most people buy HD, however there are very few SD videos to buy. I am one of the few people that has a lot of SD and HD videos.

in my experience, 90% of the time, people will buy the cheapest video. so if I have an HD video for $10 and the same in SD for $5, they will buy the SD video for $5.

I have one video that shows that more than 50% of my add to carts (about 50 in total) are for SD. if you total up the value of the add-to-carts from non-HD it would be equal to or greater than the HD.
