Uploads don't show up?

No matter if using ftp or via browser new uploads don't show up in need edits tab.
Any thoughts?

Ditto! Probably sitting on the server and the "auto" process is not functioning, I am sure someone will notice.

And after approval it is sometimes taking many days before they are searchable.
