Lost files in pending queue

I am new here.Uploaded 8 video files on 7th Feb 2013,But still in pending queue,

How long does it take for the review process?I have uploaded before took around 25 days to review.
Is those files are lost in pending line?

You should get an E-mail from one of the curators when the files are approved (or not!)

Going on 5 weeks here...

I'm on about a 4-6 weeks for my image files... it was so long ago I forgot now.

I remember when pond5 had uploads processed in 2-3 days.

Considering they take 95% of the things I submit, what's the hold up?!
