Parisians, Where is this?

I think this is the 1950s. What grand avenue / boulevard is this of and where was the shot taken from? Your help appreciated!

great shot with some tres cool voitures. i was in paris last year, and my guess is this was taken from the top of the arc de triomphe showing traffic heading down the champs d'elysees.

I have lived in Paris for a year, close to the Arc de triomphe, and I also think the same as Rob.
