I´m using a Canon 5D Mk3, and in this video except for the time lapse at the beginning a Canon 500mm f4.5 L and Canon 300mm f4.0 L IS.
Tripod system is Vinten Vision Blue System, great tripod and head for my camera system :)
I´m also using a Marshall 7" HDMI monitor for focusing which help me a lot!

Note that all low angle shots is shoot through a fence, which is not noticable when using long focal lengths and wide aperture
