Cleaning Timelapse, Video

I have some dreaded dust spots on video and Timelapses taken with my Nikon D600 I was wondering what is the best
software to clean these spots.
I have Adobe Premiere Pro, but I can't see any cloning brush on there. Is there a cloning tool in Quick TIme Pro.
I have photoshop CS6 but video does not play smoothly in that.
Can cloning tools fix dust spots in Timelapse with Clouds moving?

Thanks for help.

That blows! Can't help you get rid of the spots, but if you need any advice on cleaning your sensor for next time let me know.

If you have After Effects you can use the clone stamp tool. It works in Photoshop CS6 too but you have to do it frame by frame.

You could always add noise and scratches and make it some type of "artistic" or "retro" footage if all else fails. Unless the spots are in an area that doesn't change much, cloning or replacing won't look good.

Here is a good one, but you need AE, and it only works sometimes. It also pushes your computer kind of hard.

Hey, you can use adobe lightroom for that kind of cleaning as well. clone stamp your first image on all the spots, then simply copy and paste your image settings to all the other photos before you register the changes. Works like a charm
