Unclaimed Payments

Hi,
I am trying to find out why this month's payment from Pond5 has not gone into my PayPal account. A Pond5 support person (Matt) said the payment had been "unclaimed" by PayPal. I have never had this problem until now. I asked Matt why, and what to do about it, but received no help as to what to do; he just told me to contact PayPal, but I am unable to find help with PayPal, and can't post a question in their forum as I apparently have "insufficient privileges. What do I do to receive my money?
