No response from Tech Support

Hi, I've been trying to get a response from Tech Support for 3 weeks and other than the automated, 'we'll be in touch within 72 hrs' I'me getting nothing.

I have a sneaking suspicion since Shutterstock took over they have not only dropped a lot of the curators, it looks like they have taken an axe to Tech Support.

If anyone has a work around, please let me know.

I've not received this month's payment, as posted on my previous thread. I messaged that support@pond5.com email yesterday as well, I've not received a response either, as of yet.
