Subject: Duplicate File Detection Issue

I recently received an error from pond5 platform regarding duplicate files being detected during my uploads. I would like to understand this issue and resolve it.

I uploaded files , If this is caused by an FTP client reattempting uploads, kindly guide me on how to prevent this in the future.
