Uploads showing up in your account...

Hello - been awhile since I have uploaded. Did so the other day - how long does it take for the clips to show up in your uploads for edit?

It depends on the FTP server load. Sometimes it can be minutes, other times it can be hours. I tend to check the FTP Status before I start. You can click that link or look down below at the artists resources link and then select the FTP Status tab at the top.

For example right now ftp4 has 425 files queued. If they are all HD video files it could take a few hours for them to all finish and show up in your uploads.

they uploaded ok, i used the in situ loader and not ftp - they just haven't shown up in the uploads yet! it's been days now...
