Help understanding license

Hello, i have not bought from pond5 before. i have used AudioJungle, where there is a regular and Extended License.
how does the license work here ? i did not understand the FAQ. is the single price that shows up, the same price for single or multiple commercial uses ?

i also saw something about only 10 people can be using a file at any given time, whats that about ?
