Transfer Problems to Ponds 5 from Picworkflow

Anybody else having problems transferring from Picworkflow to here

8 Failed so far and a load more to transfer, seems very hit and miss getting here, the files turn up fine on other stock sites just here its OK when the Site is picking up the Tab like other sites do from Picworkflow .... Hint Hint P5

I will re try all day then but if I have to pay each time, its a different issue

I contacted Picworkflow and a very prompt reply was sent back saying

That's a known issue with Pond5s infrastructure, they are receiving the files from us correctly but then their internal scripts are not able to contact their s3 bags. You should contact their support to let them know

I wrote to support at P5 3 Days ago and still waiting for a response .......

Yes, I've been having the same problem for some time but only with Pond5. Some files make it okay and others don't.

Still waiting for a reply from Pond 5 Support, im up to 15 failed files only at pond 5...... well its only been a week since I sent the Support email.... maybe support is just a myth an urban legend and empty room with cob webs on the support PC ... who knows
