Great stuff! I love that bobcat jumping shot...and of course the eagle shot which is awesome! Good to see and hear fellow Pond 5 artists.

Well it was fun working with Martin - he's the Man! Each of the other Pondcasts/Artist Spotlight vids are really amazing - I feel honored and lucky to be able to participate in such a cool occupation with such talented folk (I'm hoping it rubs off!)

Thanks for spotting and posting, Andy!

Michael, that's a lynx - total stroke of luck there....one of those "right place/time, and managed NOT to screw it up" clips!

Exciting feature video - thanks for posting it´s. such a nice way to get to know something about who our fellowartists are. And I must say, that with the nature that surrounds you in your part of the World, you have exceptional possibilities to get nature footage that get us swept away. I´m very impressed by the footage of the White balded eagle.

Nice words and comments - undying thanks to Martin for putting it together it was great fun. Glad it's being enjoyed!

I'd love to see some more from other artists, too....get to work, Mr. Ellerbeck!

However a bit of trivia: This was literally the last shot I made in Homer before we moved. In fact, it was supposed to have happened during the moving van trip to Haines that I had just returned from but lousy weather prevented it. So I picked the absolute worst time to shoot...mid evening, in a grassy wildflower meadow. In Alaska. During a no-see-um hatching. Yes, it was hard. It was OK while I was shooting, they are sneaky little rascals, those biters! But for at least a week afterward, my arms, neck, and midriff were itching disaster zones of rashlike bug bites. No fun.

So now you know how much I suffered for my art. Heh. Hah hah.... (Note to self: Spray FIRST!)
