Preview doesn't appear for some videos

So I have four videos with the PNG codec, and no transparent parts. Three of them have never had a preview video--just transparency--in the preview window. They got approved (I had let them sit because I thought perhaps it was a temporary issue) but now that they're up for sale, it still doesn't show anything but transparency in the preview.
Is there something I'm doing wrong? XD
