Problem uploading ProRes422 .mov files

I haven't uploaded anything for a while, but now I've tried uploading ProRes422 .mov files, and it's denying uploads, even though the same file type was previously accepted. I should mention that the same files don't display correctly in my Windows Media Player, but they display fine in MPC-HC and MPEG Streamclip. Does anyone have any idea what's causing this?

I found a solution. Files are still being rejected when uploading via web, but they work fine when uploading via FTP. And I cant figure out why.
