Email notifications not working

It is strange, but I stopped receiving email notifications a few weeks back.
I no longer receive SALES notifications, or notifications when I get a pond5 message.

They are not going to my spam folder either, and my preferences here on p5 show "YES" for "receive email notifications"

Any ideas?

They switched to new type of message a few weeks back and the first one I got was in Portuguese. Apparently I had toggled my language setting at one point and it didn't switch back properly.

The timing seems about right to when your problem started. You might have been accidentally un subscribed? Might want to send a message to support. They changed me back to English :)
