searching the list of collections

one issue that bothers me is that I have a large number of collections, and it becomes difficult to search them to add a collection to a template. for example, I am adding some milk, and I need to know if I have a collection for drinks, beverages, milk, dairy, etc. because of the way they are named, it can be difficult to find if a collection exists, and sometimes I make duplicates under different bu similar names.

perhaps a feature that uses your keywords in the template to suggest what collections to add to might be useful. so you add your keywords, and then it shows which of your collections match, and make it easy to add them to the template.

i often have to make a template, find that the collection is missing, then save the template, then go to a different browser to add the collection because there is a bug that sometimes doesn't close the collection menu, then switch back, remember which template it was, reload it, go to the collections, and then search for what I just added and resave it. it is a complicated process that slows everything down. obviously sellers would list media faster if the process were faster.
