Questions about licensing

I am a new pond5 user. I plan to buy some audio content, music and sound effects, maybe intros etc and use that as a background music for my video clip. The clip is basically about the nature beauties of the region where I live. I intend to put the clip/video on Youtube, and maybe on my own website later.
Since I do not want to break any law, infringe copyright laws etc I want to be absolutely sure about usage of such material.
Unfortunately License agreement seems to be written only for lawyers. (This matter is solved much better on i e Premiumbeat, where they offer 3 versions of license agreement written in normal language)
Help Center and Buyer FAQ are of no help either. There is a question there “is My usage covered by Your License Agreement”? and the answer is that their support team can not determine that, since they do not have the legal training to give a definitive answer. Sounds like a joke. So they suggest us to “run our agreement by your legal counsel” (not a big surprise that only 5 of 49 found this helpful).
So if I want to buy, say, 5 $ sound effect I would have to consult a lawyer and pay maybe 100 dollars for his counseling. Very helpful FAQ.
So I´ ll try here.
If I put my video on Youtube how is it determined who is the licensee? What if I purchase audio Content here on Pond 5, make a video clip, but on Youtube have a different username (although I would be director of the video and that would be visible in it).
What If I sell my video later (say to a hotel who wants to use it on their web page, or maybe on Youtube) Does that hotel infringe any law by showing that work (that I made, give them rights to show, and purchased the audio incorporated and have the License) ? Do I break any condition of the License agreement with pond 5? Does agreement cover that?
What if I decide to make video DVD, (say, half hour documentary) (with my own video footage, editing etc and audio- background music bought on pond5) and sell it in tourist shops museums etc or wherever. Is that covered by License agreement? If yes, are there any limitations regarding number of copies sold, or something similar.
Thanks in advance for any help,

I'll share my story with a few sounds I bought from Sound Ideas:
I bought some water sounds that are also here on Pond5. I put together a video that used one of the sounds purchased from Sound Ideas. A short while later, I get a Content ID notice from youtube that basically means you have content that is owned by someone else on your video.
I didn't want this on my account since I bought the license to use it, so I contacted the company that enforces copyright protection and DMCA for Sound Ideas.
I sent them an e-mail and within 5 minutes, they took the Content ID notice off my video and ensured that I have the right to use it.
If you can't rely on Pond5 for legal counsel, seek advice from the "watchdog" that protects the owner's rights. You might not always be this lucky to have it resolved in 5 minutes, but chances are you'll have better legal advice there. :)
