Is it possible to file a complaint against an uploader?

I purchased media for a youtube project and had a copyright complaint against my channel. I followed the rules so to speak and listed the song title and artist as well as the source (pond 5) with license proclamation.Yet the creator still filed a dispute. This bothers me. My question, does Pond 5 have a customer service link where I can file a report against the creator for FAILURE to agree to terms of use? I am a small time user but I would like to steer others away from disingenuous creators. Thank you.

Sorry that happened, have you tried the contact link below?
It has both an email and phone number.

The complaint may not be from the creator. It may actually be from a third party organization that Google uses. This organization is a real pain in the a$$. They have messed with many other RF music groups and caused much havoc. Basically all you need to do is respond to that complaint to Youtube (there should be a respond and dispute button) and submit the license agreement from Pond5. Unfortunately, and this is why Youtube is a real pain, simply posting the info when uploading the video doesn't cut it. They use this nasty algorithm that looks at the sound wave patterns. There is no human listening, it is all done with bits and bytes. I have run into this many times myself with other licensed music from other parties including videocopilot.net and sonic fire pro (smartsound).

Blender Foundation had a similar problem with one of their own movies just because a few sequences were included in a Sony promo!!! It took a few days to clear it.

Either that (as Vader explained) or someone in Germany viewed your channel. When that happens, there's a good chance, GEMA recognized the music as copyrighted and automatically filed a complaint (and blocked the video in Germany). Happens all the time. *sigh*

The dispute was filed by the composer and listed his actual name. After I disputed the claim with proof of purchase the claim was dropped. Then the same guy flagged a different video of mine for the same reason which I obviously am licensed to use. The guy is just being an a$$. Thanks for your responses.
