How long does it normally take to have a large amount of items approved?

About the same as a small amount of clips. They usually do them all at once when they get to them.

It depends on a lot of things, sometimes I have had clips reviewed in hours of the upload and keywording, my current batch took seven days.

If you uploaded music - it always faster, than photos)
Sometimes items can be approved the same day, sometimes - in 3-5 days
