Dark 3D Rotating Particles Logo Formation Animation, Help

I don't seem to be able to get this to work. I follow the instructions all I get is a static logo. Does anyone have any insight?

Fair point, I thought you may have read the title. I did email support 4 days ago but they can't be bothered to reply!

There's more than 26.000 3D clips online. Support is a busy place but that aside send them another Email. Have you contacted the artist who produced the clip? You're more then likely not going to get the help you need from anyone here other then the artist himself or support.

DO you have the required plugin (Trapcode particular)? Also, what version of AE are you on?
