From September 15th through the 21st, phone support will be limited at Pond5. During this time, the fastest ways to get help will be to send a detailed email to support@pond5.com, or to use our contact help form. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding. From the 22nd on we will resume our normal phone support hours of Monday through Friday, from 10:00am to 8:00pm eastern time.

I have a desk that my phone sits on.... hence I have my own "phone support" in any case. :) Welcome back guys. Hope you had a successful endeavor.
