Searching is frustrating!

How about letting people search by the resolution of the file? Such as check boxes for established pixel dimensions such as 640x480, 720x480, 1280x720, and so forth? Then a field where people can type in specifically the size of the video and/or images they want would be a welcome addition. It could even feature refinement options such as "minimum size", "maximum size", "range selection", etc.
Is it currently possible to combine multiple search terms in a single search? I know you can specify general types of videos by format such as PAL, NTSC, Multimedia, HD but does it get any better than that?

There is a problem with the basic search options. I did a search for "fractal" to see how my stuff is lining up with other fractal submissions. When I chose to sort by name none of the results came back in alphabetic order. I excluded images from that search. Is this being caused by the new database merger with rf123 or is it something else?

I agree with bjfoxx, searching for footage here is too time consuming, too many videos come up that are unrelated to the specific item/video searched. Sales will be down if people can't find what they are looking for fairly quickly. What's with the user who has all of the same clip listed as indivigual words??? What's that about?

Maybe not having the top few keyword having priority over the "fill" words is resulting in trash searches? The first few keywords MUST have a priority. Now that many of us have several hundred new clips online without having this it will be a mess trying to get the priority set back to where it makes sense. Let's go back to 25 keywords, prioritize them and get the spell check working again.
