Java Uploader

I realize you may not have written the Java Uploader applet. However, if it's possible to make any changes (or pass the request on to the developer who created it)... it would be nice if it remembered the last directory used from session to session.

I use a Java Uploader on another site and it always remembers the last folder I uploaded from. It saves the info in a cookie.

Dave, if you're on a Mac you can just click and drag the clip from the Finder window directly into the box, rather than hitting the Browse button. I don't know if this works on PC but I would think it probably should.

I tried it on my PC and no go. :( Not a big deal, I just moved the folder of where I put finished clips so they are now 1 click away..

Still it would be a nice feature.

Yes, it definitely would be. I still hit the Browse button and start to navigate through my drives and folders, then slap my forehead and "Doooh!".

I uploaded using the Java uploader today and when it finished no complete or conformation message appeared it just sat there.
