Adult Filter

I guess the problem is defining pornography, my idea of exceptions includes bikini stuff because some people think thats porn. So you must have been thinking of actual sex or showing genitals as pornography.

I guess The thread is over a year old:
censoring thread (my post is on the 3rd page)
I remember things very well, for some reason I thought it was a more recent discussion.

I don't think artistic nudity counts as 'adult' content, but I am no pro here. I am a pro over adult content, but not the law.

When is female nudity not artistic
vadervideo 17 Apr 2009 01:05
Mark, unfortunately that thread was before my time here. Bryan, female nudity is always artistic. :) - With that, I agree. Scott, even artistic nudity has been prosecuted to be porn or "adult content" in some cases. That is exactly the problem with this idiotic mandate known as the 2257 - nothing is clear and concise, except the lawyers... they are making money hands over fist with this one.

As a female I had always assumed it only counted as porn when you could actually see the private areas. But then again I am from Europe (even though Britain is probably the most prudish country in Europe). Mind you for a prudish country there is a lot of sexual connotations in the sitcom 'Allo 'Allo.

Of course it would help if there was a set definition for what counts as nudity, if it is just bare flesh then it would mean someone wearing a bikini & even a man with his shirt off would be ruled out. Yet they don't have any sexual connotations to me, in fact you see that every time you go to the beach or even a swimming pool. I expect the only time a minor has been distressed by someone wearing a swimming costume is if it was in ultra bright pink!

But then that's just my opinions I know nothing about law at all (except that you shouldn't steal or commit murder and if you commit tax fraud you will be punished harder than for either of the previously mentioned offenses)

Heck in arab countries if a woman wears shorts she's being too sexy
?!?!?!
I have noticed on arabic search engines there are no pornographic type sites that have a url from an arabic country. I think all nudity is illegal in most muslim countries. Not sure about that completely. Search for it on google maroc and you get sites like this: http://www.wladbladi.com/forum/video/pvx-WnDC750

A side note: Jake is on a romance novel cover: http://www.sarosdy.de/hmtlbbilder/heimat20g.html

I like people from other places because they say things like "swimming costume" now I have the mental picture of a pool full of super hero costume wearing adults, thanks for that.

As for Jake's book cover, that must be younger years Jake. I like this Jake better he does not make me feel bad about my body.
