Problems uploading via ftp or web page

Its been a couple of days now... uploading audio stop working for me....uploads fail immediately after starting. any suggestions?

If you haven't already, please send a detailed email to <support@pond5.com> and we'll be happy to troubleshoot that for you. If you can, please attach one of the audio files you're having trouble with. We'll play with it and see if we can figure out what's going on. (^_^)
