Portfolio Analytics?

hello everyone..

is there any way to generate reports/analytics on our Pond5 portfolios?

for example, i want to see a report that lists all my clips with total views and total sales

i can generate a report like this manually by visiting each of my clips one by one and manually entering these values into a spreadsheet but that is very time consuming

is there an easier way?

I was wondering the same thing once, and then I got curious about the "Verbose" checkbox up a the top in the Uploads page.

Nice of P5 to set it up this way! Also, being able to sort so many ways, adjust prices and titles and other parameters from the uploads page, it's all very cool.

MyPond / Uploads.

Click CSV towards the top of the page, then Verbose video.

You can either down load the data and save it as a file to import into a database or use copy & paste. The top line gives the field names.

that.. is AWESOME!!

even includes description and keywords, which was my next question (how to create a backup database of all that data I've entered online)

some stats: (708 clips)
member since sept 27, 2009 (19 months =~ 1.6 years)

total views = 15,035
average views per clip = 21.24
maximum views on a clip = 285
minimum views on a clip = 0

total sales = 38
maximum sales on a clip = 6
minimum sales on a clip = 0

total pond5 sales = $1,144

interesting.. i wonder how i can improve those stats
