Isn't a month a long time to have "pending review" for video clips?

Is there anyone in charge there at Pond5? I've been waiting over four weeks to have someone review about 30 clips sent in early March. It's growing somewhat frustrating to keep visiting my uploads only to find "pending review" still posted on clips that were relevant to the harsh New England winter we were having, and now those clips are all outdated. Likely could have sold some of them during the season in which they were posted but now we're onto spring.

Anyone else experiencing this extra-long delay?

Yes, I had the same issue on video of the the solar eclipse on march 20.2015. soooo long review time that the buzz about the phenomenon were over when the video got online. Still got files pending review closing on a month soon

Just heard from Pond5. I failed to upload a W9 form and my account was suspended, I had no idea that not sending the form would create this problem. My 30 videos have been sitting in "pending review" for over a month because of this oversight. I've since filed the form, hopefully the videos will be approved soon, and next year I won't take as long to upload such a simple form. My bad.
