Duplicate entries in a queue

Hi!
I noticed few times that after broken FTP upload duplicates appear in editing queue. In my FTP uploads directory you can find the 'p5_20070928_bug.zip' archive containing FileZilla's log file and few screen shots. From these screenshots you'll see duplicate entries in my editing queue.
I tried the 'resume' and 'overwrite' options in FileZilla but results are the same.
