Video App seeking Content Creators

OK, I'm still not sure how the video clips and templates will work, as I have not been able to learn Eclipse or Android Studio to create apps (I tried, I gave up!) But this might be interesting for me, as I have 6,000 You Tube subscribers, who want to follow in my RV traveling footsteps, and who also shoot video for You Tube.

So you will provide the framework and software to build these templates?
