Too blue?

I have noticed that when I correct WB in the morning, it appears wrong to me in the evening.
Considering the fact that you are not familiar with this location, what do you think about the color of this image?



I have already spent two days on this clip series.
Shall I keep it or throw it away and do it again?

It lack of some warm ambiance of the traffic light. Some customers may find it even useful for their project. I will keep it.
