Hi there, I would like to know if I am allowed to upload music here that is already uploaded on to Adrev or not?

The only people that can tell you is P5 staff. Email them directly. Otherwise you will just get a lot of personal opinions.

You are allowed to sell music that is registered with AdRev, yes.
Keep in mind, some of your customers will likely get copyright flags if they use that work on YouTube, but we do work with those customers to get the claims removed.
AdRev is especially quick to respond and help with those, so really AdRev is the specific service I'd recommend. When artists use services other than AdRev, it can be very difficult to get a claim removed in a timely manner, but we still do everything we can, including contacting the selling artist.
