Arranging/searching one's uploaded material

Awhile ago the last video added would be at the top of the list but since a few months this has changed and I can't figure out what the logic is behind it.

Does anyone know? Is there an option to show the latest uploaded video's on top? Is there a way to arrange your video's at all?

You are talking about the Uploads page, right? If so, remember that the headers are sticky even through page refreshes. So the tab with the ID and click it once or twice to get the order you prefer (these are naturally in chronological order although you can use the Date Uploaded header on the Tech Data tab as well). The search function works extremely well also. Sadly, it is not possible to group items by date .... not that I've found anyway.
