Artist Page Clip Numbers Contra Clips Numbers Under "Uploads" Tab

Hi. For some time i have been wondering if any of you have had this problem - I have 268 "online" clips when i click on my uploads page which are all OL. When I look at my artisy page it says, that I got only 149 clips which leads me to belive that appro 120 clips are missing in my PF eventhough they are OL under the uploads tab?. Is the artist page clip numbers "bugged" or are the 120 files "no where ". I dont know if you have had this issue, but ir bothers me alot. 120 clips is ALOT of work IF they are lost.
I have had associated a lot of my series, so im not sure if this has somthing to do with it, but I doubt it as my clip numbers updates as it should when new clips now
I have tried support a couple of times (and they are really nice), but im simply not sure, that they understand my problem and I would really like this matter solved if any of you have any inputs.
Thx in advance

hi.
actually, when looking here:
https://www.pond5.com/music/1/artist%3athedjango.html
, it displays 165 clips, not 149.
maybe some of your edits (edits of your full lengths) are not being displayed
in search results, nor in portfolio, but are instead only available through
the page of the full length track, making it seem you have less clips when searching,
but those clips being actually there, available only if you go to the full length's page?
if so, then it would make sense if you see them as being online in your uploads section.
also, if so, maybe it would be better to upload those edits as individual uploads, and not
associate them with the full length track. name them accordingly, but upload as separate entries.
on the other hand, if you only recently uploaded some tracks, although approved and showing online
in your portfolio, you might have to wait a few days til they actually are visible when searching as well.
(this would explain why you said 149, but in search it displayed 165, proof that the system is currently processing them)

Ty for the in-dept reply. It might have something to do with the association thing.
I thought it was common practice to associate files (also a service to costumers ) - if my edits, loops associated with the full track are only visible trought the full lenght clip page, associating my files is almost only a disadvantage? I have written to support again and look forward to a reply. I will post what they tell me. Woodmiil - Could you please share if you get a reply regarding this matter. It would be greatly appreciated.
IF the associated files are only visible on the full track screen, it could explain why many ( almost every ) clips I have uploaded (and associated ) has no views at all - but I will refrain from bringing the lack of views into this thred.
Regarding the indexing time - I know it takes up to 2 weeks before files are properly indexed, but the files that I consider " lost" are at least 2-3 months old. Well let´s see what happens

Good morning,
Thank you for contacting the Pond5 Customer Care team.
I do apologise for this delay. We have just recently discovered that there is a slight issue with recently approved files taking some time to appear online. We have reported this to our IT team and they are currently working on a fix for the issue. I have been informed that the problem should be resolved today or tomorrow.
My apologies for the inconvenience.
Kind regards,

I got the same problem woodmill. Dont know if they dont count on the profile page if they are associated. I noticed that my number of files even dropped (not under my uploads, but profile ) by associating them. I got pretty much the same answer as above but my problem still persists - some of files are months old since uploaded but not showing in my Pf, so I really don´t know what to. Half of my Pf is not visible, but OL. Dont know wether to upload or not atm.

Come on IT guys - nearly 30% of my portfolio is hidden.
If it's because of unwanted grouping of tracks, please ungroup them.
