Adobe Premiere won't import my pond5 purchase. Why?

I finally imported a 21 second footage that I bought from Pond5 today. Very slow. But Adobe Premiere keeps freezing when I try to import the other footage I bought. After 3 Force Quits and turning the computer off and on, I am writing to ask for help. This is footage I am trying to import - 037570757-white-clouds-moving-sky-summer_H264_420.mov.

As wideweb says, support is your best option.

One other option might be to rename the file to something like clouds.mov just in case Premiere has an issue with the long file name.

No reason why it should but you never know......
