Zero files and balance!

Just checked my dashboard and I have 0 files and a balance of 0! Anyone else?

When you are music or sound artist, you should contact support@pond5.com for identification process.

Ugh ... thanks for the reminder .. I just checked mine, and they are all gone .. how cool is that, Pond5? I'll be contacting support, but I am NOT happy about it. Will I have to send DNA sample to prove I am legit?

Sorted, I had 2 accounts!

I got response back from Support, and they said basically that they saw no missing files .. I checked again and this time they were there. Not sure why not before.... but is sorted now.
