Download doesn't work

Hi, I just purchased two tracks via credit card, they show in my active downloads but when I click the button to load them, only the loading animation pops up and plays indefinitely. The actual download never starts.

Support seems to be offline right now (Sunday) and I need the file today. I'm understandably very upset because I rely on this service to get my job done and now I might miss an important deadline. Any ideas?
