canceling membership

I signed up for the membership with a very specific video in mind to download from the site. I immediately discovered that the video I intended to download was not in the "membership collection" and would therefore not be considered as one of my five free downloads as a member. Upon learning this (moments after I paid for a membership), I wrote to pond5 asking them to please cancel my membership and give me a full refund. It's almost been a week and still no response on their part. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get my money back?

That's only something for Pond5 to answer.

But you do know with the membership you can get 10% off any video that isn't included in the membership.
So that video you wanted can be bought less 10%

Thanks, but I know that. I paid for the membership with a client's credit card, promising him to spend a certain amount of money. I spent that amount on paying for the membership, not realizing there would be more expenses involved. My main issue here is how the heck to contact Pond5, cause they don't reply to emails through the "contact us" page....
