New behavior of failed uploads

In the past, when an upload was aborted, the unfinished part was "stored" in the "Not processed" page. These days, however, both unfinished and finished clips are stored in "write info" page. For example see clips #11615 and #511659; both have the same time length but not the same number of fields.

Anyways, as of now (Sunday night, morning), no file is uploadable, I fail passing the password. Is it a scheduled maintenance?
