Needs explaining: Contains...

I notice there are new things to be checked or unchecked in the file descriptions. This one needs a bit of explaining:
"Contains recognizable people, trademarks, or copyrighted works"
I know this relates somehow to the question "is it editorial only or not?" But how to answer this?
Example 1: I've got a clip with two people in it. I do have a model release for each of them... So, do I answer "yes" because it has people in it, or do I answer "no" because it should not be editoral only?
Example 2: A clip with no people, no trademarked or copyrighted works. But with easily recognizable private property. Should be editorial... But do I answer yes or no?
Example 3: An animation, all my stuff. But of course it contains copyrighted material such as photos I took of textures or 3D models I made. My copyrighted material, but still copyrighted... Yes or no...?
Additional question: Do I have to sort through some 3000++ clips and check if that mark has been set correctly?
What is the (possible legal) consequence of that answer? It used to be "the buyer is responsible for making sure he has all the rights" here. Is that now suddenly our job?
I really wish changes like that were at least properly annouced and documented. Contributor newsletter maybe?

Im guessing they are talking about any possible incidental use of copyrighted images.

The idea with this checkbox is to call the curators' attention to potential issues. The curator will ultimately make the decision as to whether the clip should be marked with the editorial disclaimer themselves.
Varius, you would want to mark the checkbox in the first 2 cases (possibly with additional note to the curator).
You DO NOT need to go through your existing clips and mark the checkbox.
We wil be clarifying the edit page and adding the ability to upload releases directly in that area, so hopefully this will reduce some of the understandable confusion around this. Thanks for your patience guys.

Bug: The above checkbox is not copied when you use "COPY TAGS FROM CLIP" pull-down menu.
