No response from server

I'm using Core FTP Pro and it works just fine for my other stock sites, but for some reason I only get 'no response from server' for Pond5. I believe I am putting everything in correctly.

FTP servers for uploads: ftp.pond5.com
FTP server for downloads: downloads.pond5.com
FTP username:

There are a bunch of other threads on the ftp and web uploader problems. Read them and you may get the answer you need. Good luck.

I installed CuteFTP and it works using that. For some reason it just won't work using Core FTP Pro. Who knows. It's working with Cute, so that's good.
