Best Match showing all of my footage from 2009?

For the default Best Match display on my Profile page, and also if I search by my artist name and sort by Best Match, all I get is my oldest, most obscure footage from 2009 and 2010. Did something change? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Might explain why sales are so down the past few weeks. Best Match got screwed up again.

Quite honestly, as a buyer, I'd rather see "newest" as the default sort instead of some obscure algorithm that's been fairly useless.

Yup, best match is all my old clips from 2007-2010 it looks like. None of my much better 4K are showing in Best match.

Don, I have 500 4k clips, and only 1 of them is even visible without digging very deep.
I researched and created a visual view of what "Best Match" is serving up for people from my portfolio.

The sort order is obviously very badly broken. I'd love to hear if everyone's results are this extreme, or if it's somewhat isolated. Pond 5 staff, are you there?

Interesting subject as to why things work the way they do. I checked on a subject I've been interested in for the past few months to take a look at. Without digging to deep I checked the first 25 line under "Best Match" and 75 of my new clips, 4K, showed up out of the 12,000 plus for the subject with the key word used. Some of the clips may be over 2 months, but some "most" were part of the last group approved.

And just like that...fixed! BM is back in order (for me) again. Thanks P5!

I just checked my portfolio under best match which is the default setting, looks beautiful to me, a good mix of older and newer but a lot of variety, in my case some of my older stuff is way better than what I've shot recently.

Glad they fixed it, but why no communication? So Pond5 is monitoring the forums but no longer participating?
