Default Template

I cannot find a way to make a template default so that it loads with a particular collection or just all videos in general. Does such a feature exist? I'm editing the metadata of hundreds of videos, and every time I must choose the template and uncheck "Add keywords, don't overwrite" Trying to automate this as much as possible. Thanks!

Also is there a way to duplicate a template so I can have multiple versions that differ slightly?
