Hi friends,
I started last 2 months uploading footages; HD, 4K HD, 360 VR and 3D Renders. But no sales yet. What you think about my portfolio and your advises?
Thx

I think you have some beautiful shots! That said, it takes time establishing oneself as a contributor. Be patient and continue uploading. In fact, this time of year is, dare I say, the slow time of for sales in this ever increasingly competitive market. Variety and content is key... Stick with it.

Also worth noting... In my humble opinion, pricing shots low (you have some) does NOT increase sales! Something to think on... especially aerial stuff.

You have some nice work, but the cold hard truth of it is, it is a long road to make stock your only income. Two months is unfortunately not much at all, especially during this time of year. It's slower this time of year then ever. One thing to look at is seasonally what do you have that pertains to that season. Another thing to think about is what can you do to stand out in the big sea of stuff already out there...
A big factor to consider is the amount of content you have. 500-1000 is a tiny ripple. If you want to make a bigger splash you need to keep working. ABP always be producing is key to success in this industry.
Cover as many subjects as you can. Think about if I was editing video why would I need this shot, what would I use it for? An then other times just make what you feel like making, don't think about the market just do what ever you enjoy doing. I have found from many years in the industry if you do not do that a good bit of the time, you will hit a wall and really get sick of it. If you just chase the trends, you will get sick of it, if your constantly in the mind frame of will this sell, who will it sell to, why will it sell, then it just becomes really monotonous day in day out.
Also it's all about your work flow, come up with a system that works perfectly for you. Think efficiency, for instance if I do 3D with allot of reflections, that is going to take my system a really long time... So if I have to do allot of other things, then I can render that. It helps to know your schedule two weeks out. For you doing footage and stills mainly it is different, your system needs to pertain to how you edit, how you keyword, all of it. Find the fastest most efficient way to get content completed and online. I am not saying do not use good keywords, or do not invest time in editing, just make sure your start change stop time is at a minimum. Set yourself up to be shooting so many days, editing so many days, uploading so many days, and plan your time accordingly. How you keep your keywording organized is a big deal too. I do my stuff, then I have that open, and I write myself an email with the folder title then I never lose the keywords if I do some thing similar. I can look back say that is in folder number this, search email pull it up, copy paste and change words..
It seems bleak at first but don't get to a negative mind set about it. Enjoy the work, and keep pushing... Once you start to feel negative about sales, negative about the work, negative about what's going on, it really kind of crushes it all. Stay positive and upbeat, your not selling now, but who is to say, next month you might start crushing it. This is an industry of highs and lows, and when your at a low keep pushing, when your at a high keep pushing.

Bryan gave good advise. You only have less than 600 clips out of 7 million. Been doing this a long time like Bryan; I get a lot of sales on clips that are 5-10 years old. It takes a while and sometimes a long while for new clips to get traction. When you get a few thousand clips and a few years behind you and still have no sales then there might be a problem. Good Luck.

One thing I forgot to say any thing about is be your own fan club, promote yourself on social media! It's not a bad thing at all.. It's slow starting up, but I feel like it pays off.

You have some beautiful work. But to add my opinion. There are two things that stick out to me on why you might have low/no sales. A lot of your clips are focused on two subjects, ice and boats. These may not be highly sought out niches. Also most of your stuff is about Instabul and may not have a huge niche in the countries that people who shop at Pond5 are looking for.
