Templates not working correctly

Is there still an issue with the 4K templates? When I upload my 4k footage and apply the 4K template I just get the animated boxes(loading) and the page gets stuck. I am using safari 11.0. Do we just not apply the template and proceed or is there an error on my end? In the past, clearing history and cookies got the page to work correctly or is this the issue everyone is having?

4k templates still don't seem to be updating price. Was this in the scope of the bug fix release from last week?

I'm having the same issue...animated loading boxes when I try to apply 4k templates. Tried it with both safari and chrome...same error.
